WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

Warranty & Replacement Policy

At Buybox, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable after-sales support. Please read our warranty and replacement terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

DELI & INGCO Brands

  • 6 months standard warranty on products.
  • Covers manufacturing defects only.

XLNT, RUTH, THOR, MSI & Other Brands

  • 6 months service warranty on all products.
  • Covers manufacturing defects and motor-related issues.
  • No free replacement after 7 days. Service will be provided through authorized service centers or reimbursement (as per our service price card).
  • Transportation/shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

     

2. Machinery Warranty (Special Terms)

  • 6 months warranty on machine motors and main components.

     

  • Not covered: accessories, batteries, consumables, wear-and-tear parts (e.g., carbon brushes, bearings, belts, etc.).
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, overloading, voltage fluctuations, rust, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Warranty Registration for Additional Coverage

Customers can register for extended warranty within 7 days of receiving the product via:

Additional Warranty Plans

  • Products below ₹5,000 → Additional 6 months at Cost of Goods + 20%

     

  • Products between ₹5,001 – ₹10,000 → Additional 6 months at Cost of Goods + 15%

     

  • Products above ₹10,000 → Additional 6 months at Cost of Goods + 12%

     

4. Replacement Policy

7-Day Replacement Guarantee

  • If a product has a manufacturing defect or stops working within 7 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge.
  • Replacement will be issued only for the same SKU purchased.

     

  • Replacement is not available for a different SKU or if the product is not to the customer’s liking.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty or replacement claim, customers must:

  1. Contact Customer Care within the warranty period via WhatsApp (+91 8129730010) or Email (info@buyboxcorp.com).
  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice) and photos/videos of the defect.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
  • Option A: Ship the product to our Chennai service center (shipping cost borne by customer, both ways).
  • Option B: Visit a local authorized power tool service shop. Service charges will be reimbursed according to our approved service rate card.

     

6. Exclusions (Warranty Does Not Cover)

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear & tear (brushes, bearings, belts, etc.).
  • Accessories, batteries, chargers, and consumables.
  • Improper maintenance: failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for regular servicing and upkeep.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs, or the use of non-original parts.
  • External factors: damage caused by accidents, fire, water, or electrical surges.
  • Damage due to misuse, overloading, improper handling, or negligence.
  • Rust, corrosion, or water ingress.
