SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
- We currently ship Pan-India only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
2. DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-metro/remote areas: 5–7 business days
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on orders below ₹14999
- For orders above ₹ 15000, standard courier charges will apply, as calculated at checkout.
4. ORDER TRACKING
- Once dispatched, you will receive an auto-generated tracking link from our courier partners via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Customers can track their orders in real-time through the provided link.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Currently, we accept prepaid orders (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) option may be introduced in the future.
6. DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- Customers must report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims reported after this period will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
7. RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO) SHIPMENTS
- If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal at delivery, the shipment will be returned to us.
- In such cases, reshipping will be arranged only after reconfirmation with the customer.
8. COURIER PARTNERS
- We ship using reputed courier partners such as DELHIVERY, DTDC, BLUEDART, AMAZON SHIPPING, PROFESSIONAL, etc and trusted local transport services.
9. ❌ Return Not Eligible (Important Conditions)
A customer is not eligible for return/replacement/refund in the following cases:
- Return request raised after 72 hours of delivery.
- Product is no longer needed by the customer.
- Product is damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Customer is unable to use the product due to lack of knowledge or skill.
- Customer has ordered the wrong product.
- Customer is unwilling to re-pack the product for return pickup.
- Combo products requested for return separately.
- Customer purchased the machine from another seller and spares from Buybox → Buybox is not liable for fitting issues/size mismatches.
⚠️ This section is highlighted to avoid misuse of the return policy.
10. Refund Guidelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds via RBI-approved gateway/NEFT, credited to same account.
- EMI Transactions: Interest charged by bank is non-refundable.
- COD Orders: Refunds via NEFT transfer Customer must provide:
- Bank Name
- Account Number
- Account Holder’s Name
- IFSC Code
- (⚠️ Buybox not liable for errors due to incorrect bank details.)
- Refund Timeline: 2–7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.
11. Order Cancellation Policy
Buybox may cancel an order in the following cases:
- Address is incorrect/incomplete.
- Address is in a non-serviceable zone.
- COD chosen for a non-COD eligible zone.
- Product goes out of stock after order placement.
- Fraudulent activity
- Customer requests open delivery before payment.
