• All disputes will be governed by Indian law, and courts in Durgapur, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Orders & Sales

• Placing an order means you agree to purchase products as per the product description, pricing, and our policies.
• You must provide accurate and true information during purchase.
• Product images/videos are for demonstration only; actual products may vary in color, size, or shape but functionality remains the same.

3. Billing & Payments

• All orders come with an official GST invoice.
• Prepaid orders are shipped after payment confirmation.
• We accept multiple payment methods, and you must be authorized to use them.

4. Delivery & Logistics

• Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Some categories may take longer.
• Certain locations may be non-serviceable, and you will be informed if your area is affected.
• Products are shipped via third-party logistics providers; delays or damages during transit are not Buybox’s liability, but our returns/refunds policy applies.
• Title of product transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• Partial shipments are allowed; remaining payment obligations apply.

• COD refunds are made via NEFT only; ensure your bank details are accurate.
• Buybox may cancel orders if:
  • Address is incomplete or non-serviceable
  • Product is out of stock
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Open delivery is requested before payment

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Buybox does not guarantee the quality, availability, or accuracy of any product or service.
• We are not liable for:
  • Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Unauthorized access or alteration of your data
  • Any issues arising from use of our site or services
• Users agree to indemnify Buybox for claims arising from violations of Terms or third-party rights.
